Kensington Completes Acquisition of Prodomax

Kensington is pleased to announce that it has partnered with management to acquire the assets of Prodomax Automation Ltd (“Prodomax”).

Prodomax is a specialized engineering firm that designs and builds flexible automation systems including programmable robotics and line control technology for the automotive industry.  Founded in 1971, the Company’s 140 employees operate out of a 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Barrie, Ontario. Prodomax specializes in the design, manufacture, and installation of automated manufacturing solutions including a variety of assembly, welding, machining, material handling, laser cutting/welding applications and processes.  Prodomax’s reputation for creative, high quality engineering solutions and best-in-class project management and execution have resulted in demand for its products and services exceeding its current capacity.  Management is focused on meeting this demand by adding to its plant capacity.
