TORONTO, December 2, 2010 — Kensington Capital Partners Limited, is pleased to announce an investment of $1,500,000 by the Kensington Global Private Equity Fund in D-Wave Systems Inc., based in Burnaby, British Columbia. D-Wave Systems Inc., is dedicated to developing and deploying the first commercial quantum computing system, making the vast power of quantum computation available to a broad base of researchers and practitioners.
