Kensington Global Private Equity Fund Acquires Additional Investments in Trivest Fund IV, L.P.

TORONTO, April 1, 2010 — Kensington Global Private Equity Fund is pleased to announce the sale of the investment in the Vitruvian Investment Partnership (“VIP”), managed by Vitruvian Partners, an independent private equity firm specializing in middle-market buyouts, growth buyouts and growth capital investments in the UK and elsewhere in Northern Europe.
