The surgical business will be wholly owned by a newly formed entity called Clearpoint Health Network Inc. (“Clearpoint”). Clearpoint is the largest network of independent surgical centres in Canada with a presence in Toronto, Mississauga, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver.
